Top 3

There are no snakes in the country!

Dairy farmers produce a whopping 100 kg of butter and 65kg of cheese each year for each person living in New Zealand.

30% of the country is forest.

  1. Hi Ruby

Welcome to the Summer Learning Journey for the 2018 summer. My name is Allie and I am the cluster manager for Toki Pounamu. I will be commenting on your blog over the summer.
You have made a great start to the programme and I am looking forward to reading your work as we go.

I am so pleased that there are no snakes in New Zealand. I really don't like snakes! Do you?
We have some pretty cool things to see and do in New Zealand. I really like cheese and it makes me happy to see how much they make for each person. YUM !! And 100 kg of butter is a lot of butter. Imagine if you stacked that up, how high would it be?

    Keep up the great work!

    Until next time

    Allie :)

Do you think that 30% forest is to much or to little?
